We collect the information you submit directly through our contact form and brochure download form: name, email address, phone number, organisation and the content of your enquiry. We do not knowingly collect any special category data.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
• To send the HydroTop technical brochure to the email address you provide.
• To follow up about HydroTop where you've indicated interest, for example as a prospective installer, specifier or housing partner.
• Where you've opted in, to send occasional updates about HydroTop news and availability. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Our legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (responding to enquiries you've initiated) and, for marketing updates, your consent.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are processed through our website host's form-handling service. We do not sell personal data. We may share relevant details with our installation partners or HydroTop Works B.V. where needed to progress a specific enquiry, for example a project feasibility question.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards, and marketing contact data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict our use of your personal data, and to ask for your data in a portable format.
